The reduced blurriness in the background was one thing I definitely noticed in the PS3 Complete Edition, and the graphics in general looked a bit more sharper and polished than the original 2008 version. I too noticed that the graphics for the PS3 version of GTA IV: The Complete Edition looked slightly better than the original (2008) GTA IV game itself. I had stated the very same thing that you are saying. I don't know if you are aware, but I actually created this same topic on the GTA IV section a good few months back.
